CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

Overnight oats are by far one of my favorite breakfasts. They’re really easy to make, the flavor combinations are endless and I can make as many or as few as them as I want. These are a great option for meal prep for the week as well. I have been having my freezer breakfast sandwiches for the last few months so I have been ready to switch things up.

This particular version I made for this week has my base (oats, chia seeds & unsweetened coconut milk) along with some cocoa powder and stevia to give it a semi sweet chocolate flavor.

When I am ready to eat these, I pull one out and add a sliced banana and some PB2 on top and eat them cold. You can definitely warm these up if you like, use regular peanut butter or any nut butter you prefer and switch up the fruit. Like I said, super versatile! I’ve done these with almond butter & strawberries before and that’s super delicious.
